If you have a passion for Ayurveda and want to become an Ayurveda therapist, our course is designed for you. We believe that Ayurveda cannot be learned solely through textbooks and lectures. That’s why we provide our students with hands-on experience and the opportunity to live and breathe Ayurveda while they learn.
Anybody with an interest in Ayurveda is welcome to join. People looking to heal themselves and others, therapists, healers, doctors, naturopaths, herbalists and Yoga teachers would especially benefit from this course as it would add a new dimension to their practice.
Prior knowledge of Ayurveda and other medical sciences is welcome but not mandatory.

- Choorna Pottali ( powder bolus massage)
- Patra Pottali ( leaf bolus massage)
- Jambeera Pottali ( lemon bolus massage)
- Udwartana (powder massage)
- Abhyangam ( Full body, head and foot Ayurvedic oil massage)
- Netra tarpana (filling eyes with herbal oils)
- Kaarna poorna ( filling ears with herbal oils)
- Nasya( nasal oil pulling)
- Kati basti (making an oil pool on the back)
- Janu basti (making an oil pool on the knees)
- Shirodhara (continuous oil stream dripping on forehead)
- Nadi sveda ( herbal steam with pipe)
- Lepam ( herbal paste preparation and application)
- Ubtanam ( face pack)
- Preparation of herbal oils and other formulations
- Students practice the art of making an Ayurvedic consultation on each other multiple times under the observation of the doctor
- Ayurvedic cooking sessions
- 6 am to 7am –Yoga- Dhyanam (meditation)
- 7 am – 8 am Ayurveda self care regimen
- 8:15 am – Mindful eating
- 9:30 am – 11:30 am – lectures with Dr Sharma
- 11:30 am -1 pm – hands on training
- 1 pm – Mindful eating
- 2:30 pm-4 pm – lectures with Dr Sharma
- 4:30 pm -5:30 pm – hands on training
- 5:45: evening tea and healthy snacks
- 6:45 pm – padabhyanga ( students perform relaxing foot massage on each other) followed by padavgaha ( foot immersion in herbo mineral water)
- 7:30 pm – Mindful eating

The price of the course is Rupees 58800.It is inclusive of:
- Course fee, study materials and herbs used
- Accommodation on a twin sharing basis in a comfortable room with attached washroom
- Ayurvedic veg meals and snacks prepared in a homely way

Full refund will be given if due to unavoidable circumstances, a student decides to cancel his/ her booking one month prior to the beginning of the course. The bank transfer charges will have to be borne by the student.
If a student decides to cancel with less than a month for the course to begin, we will deduct an amount of Rupees 5000 and refund the rest of the amount.
Once the course starts and a student wants to leave, we would deduct a value equivalent to the number of days spent with us and refund the rest of the amount.
If due to some unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel the course we will refund the full amount.
How many hours of study per day?
Can I go out during my stay?
On Sundays you can venture out and explore the town. We will help you with transportation.
What all stuff I have to carry along?
You have to carry your clothes according to the season along with foot wear and toiletries. Bed sheets, towels, water bottles will be provided for. Notebook and pen for taking notes. Printed notes will be provided along with soft copies.
