Academy Enrollment & Refund Policy

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. Upon enrollment, you will receive access to the purchased course for the access period specified at the time of purchase.

Please ensure that the course you are enrolling in is appropriate for your learning goals before completing your purchase.

2. Course Access

Your enrollment provides you with personal access to the purchased course for the access period stated on the course page.

Access is granted exclusively to the registered student and may not be transferred, shared, or assigned to another individual.

3. Refund Policy

Because enrollment provides immediate access to the complete course materials and digital resources, refunds are generally not available once a course has been purchased.

We encourage you to carefully review the course description, curriculum, and any available sample lessons before enrolling. If you have any questions about whether a course is right for you, please contact us—we'll be happy to help before you make your decision.

4. Payment

All course fees are payable in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated.

Prices are displayed on the course page and may be revised from time to time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect enrollments that have already been completed.

5. Course Access Period

Each course includes access for the period specified on the course page at the time of enrollment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, access will automatically expire at the end of the stated access period.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact Himveda as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve technical issues relating to access to the learning platform.

Refunds are not provided for technical issues that arise from the student's own device, internet connection, software, or failure to meet the published technical requirements.
