We always had a passion to disseminate the wisdom of Ayurveda to the true seekers.
We believe that Ayurveda cannot be fully understood without experiencing it firsthand, so we’ve designed our course to provide just that. You’ll have the opportunity to live and breathe Ayurveda while learning about its principles.
While Ayurvedic treatment principles are rooted in analogies and metaphors, we understand that modern learners crave more contemporary and scientifically validated explanations. That’s why we strive to explain these age-old principles in a way that’s both enjoyable and easy to understand, without diluting their original meaning. With our course, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Ayurveda and its metaphors, all while enjoying the learning process.
Anybody with a keen interest in Ayurveda can avail of this course. No prior Ayurvedic or modern medical knowledge is required as everything will be explained in a simple way.
If you want to bring your diet and lifestyle in tune with nature’s principles or you are recovering from an ailment and want to learn to prevent it in future, this course will be of immense help. The course will also be helpful if you want to learn to keep diseases at bay and slow down the ageing process. With a little practice you will also be able to treat common day to day ailments with herbs and kitchen remedies.
You can then go back, share and practice this knowledge safely on your friends or loved ones.
